Shipping policy

Free pickup in Sioux Falls. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll email you the moment your order is ready. Corporate orders around the Sioux Falls metro get free drop-off; just tell us where.

Shipping. We ship anywhere in the United States by USPS or UPS and send a tracking number when it leaves. King of the Hill pre-orders ship for a flat $8. All other orders are quoted at checkout by weight and destination. We don't ship outside the US at this time.

Timing. Most custom orders are stitched and ready within about a week of proof approval, and we'll give you a date before we start. King of the Hill pre-orders are stitched as a single run after ordering closes on Sunday, October 5, 2026, and are ready for pickup or shipping on Friday, October 17, 2026.

Lost or damaged in transit. If a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, tell us within 14 days at patti@bigsiouxswag.com or (605) 951-0542 and we'll make it right.
