Is there a minimum order?

No. Twelve pieces or two hundred — you get the same welcome and the same care.

How fast can we get them?

Most orders are back in about a week. Need them for an event? Give us the date and we'll tell you straight if we can hit it.

What do you need from us?

Just your logo — a PNG, PDF, or even a clear photo works. We digitize it into thread in-house and send a proof before we stitch.

Can you match our brand colors?

Yes. We match thread to your colors, and we'll flag anything that won't translate cleanly to embroidery before we run it.

Do you deliver locally?

We do — free drop-off around the Sioux Falls metro. Farther out, we ship.

Do you work with clients outside of Sioux Falls?

Yes — same process, same quality, same service. The only difference is we ship it to you instead of dropping it off.

What about reorders?

Once your logo is digitized we keep it on file, so the next batch is faster and cheaper — great for new-hire kits and annual refreshes.
