Refund policy

Everything we sell is custom embroidered to order, so we can't take returns or issue refunds on finished goods for a change of mind. If something is wrong with the stitching or the blank (a defect, a misspelling on our end, or damage in transit) tell us within 14 days of pickup or delivery and we'll remake it or refund it at no charge. Send a photo to patti@bigsiouxswag.com or call (605) 951-0542 and we'll sort it out quickly.

Size exchanges. On King of the Hill pre-orders and other single-piece orders we'll exchange for another size within 14 days if that size is available, as long as the item is unworn and unwashed. Bring it by or ship it back to us; you cover return shipping and we cover the replacement.

Cancellations. You can cancel for a full refund until we've ordered your blanks or started digitizing, which is usually within one business day of your order. King of the Hill pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before ordering closes on Sunday, October 5, 2026.

Corporate orders. Once you approve the proof, the order is final. On orders of 24 pieces or more we stitch a physical sample first so you see exactly what you're getting before we run the batch.
